How do I join the Loyalty Rewards Program?
You'll automatically become a Loyalty Rewards member after your first qualifying visit.

How do I earn Loyalty Rewards?
Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care has three Reward Levels:
Annual Customer Spend Rewards Earned
Up to $2,499 2% Back
$2,500 - $7,499 3% Back
$7,500+ 4% Back

Customers automatically move to the next Reward Level as they reach the required spending threshold during a rolling 12-month period.

Is anything excluded from earning Loyalty Rewards?
Yes. Fleet and business accounts are currently excluded from earning Loyalty Rewards. If you have questions about whether a particular purchase qualifies, our team will be happy to help.

How do referrals work?
Start by entering your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup above and looking up your rewards. Then click View My Benefits and enter the one-time password to access your Customer Loyalty Account. From there, open the Referrals tab to send your personal referral Gift Card to friends and family. The person you refer will receive a $25 Gift Card to use on their first visit. Once they become a customer, you'll receive $25 in Loyalty Rewards.

Is there a maximum amount I can earn or keep?
No. There is no maximum amount of Loyalty Rewards you can earn during a single visit, and there is no maximum rewards balance. Your rewards can continue accumulating over time.

How much of my Loyalty Rewards can I use during a visit?
Your Service Advisor will help you determine the best amount to apply based on your service or repair. The program is designed to give the team flexibility rather than setting the same redemption amount for every visit.

Do my Loyalty Rewards expire?
Yes. Loyalty Rewards expire after 12 months of inactivity. A qualifying visit resets the inactivity period.

Can I donate my rewards?
Yes. You'll have the opportunity to donate your available Loyalty Rewards during our Charity Fund Raising events. When an event is available, enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup above, click View My Benefits, and enter the one-time password to access your Customer Loyalty Account, where you can view participating local charities. We'll send you an SMS with more information when each donation event begins.

What are Community Partner offers?
We're proud to partner with other locally owned businesses to bring additional value to our Loyalty Rewards members. Enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup above, click View My Benefits, and enter the one-time password to access your Customer Loyalty Account, where you'll find Community Partner spotlights and available offers.

Can I combine my Loyalty Rewards with other discounts or special offers?
Loyalty Rewards are designed to provide meaningful savings on future services and generally cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional offers. If you have questions about a particular offer, our team will be happy to help you determine the best option for your visit.

How do I check my Loyalty Rewards balance?
Enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup above to see your available Loyalty Rewards. For additional information about your benefits, click View My Benefits and enter the one-time password to access your Customer Loyalty Account. Your Customer Loyalty Account is also where you'll find your referral tools, Community Partner offers, participating charities, current deals, and an overview of the Loyalty Rewards Program.
