I am so impressed with the last service they did...I came home happy because my brakes were fixed and they also fixed something else in my car...I cannot say enough how happy i am with this company. Very professional. I will definately be coming back if and when my vehicle is giving me issues and not too mention, i will no longer go back to Jiffy Lube for oil changes but will return to Ray and Dana's for any and all car issues. They are honest and they get the job done...I am a happy customer for sure!!!

If you're looking for transparency and reliability on the priority services that your vehicle needs, then look no further than Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they care about their customers as much as they do the vehicles they service. I've been going to Ray and Dana's for the last two years now since I moved into Middlesex County. I trust their judgment and I know my car is in good hands with them. I wouldn't go to any other place. Ray and Dana's IS the go-to for me!

It is so refreshing to finally find an automotive repair business that isn't trying to rip you off. My dealership told me i needed rear breaks and room and quoted a price that i felt was extremely high. A friend referred me to Ray & Dana's and i couldn't be happier. They told me my brakes were at 8mm and that you don't normally have to replace them until they are down to 3-4mm. This saved me from having to shell out almost $700 a month after Christmas. I recommend them highly and will be taking my business to them in the future .

They are simply great! They send out a color coded report with all the issues they find. Red for should be taken care of urgently, yellow for could wait a short while and green would mean there is something that will need to be addressed in future visits. These reports have pictures showing the customer why they suggest the repair. They exert no pressure for the customer to pay for something they do not want done.

Never used this company before until this week. This place is a very busy auto shop that is very well organized. I'm new to the area and my company work van has to be serviced by only approved fleet management auto groups. They took care of an oil change, brake fluid flush and the TPS sensors in my work van. Work was done in a timely matter which is great because it's a work van and I wasn't out of work for long. Customer service was great. They called me in between the work to inform me of what was going on. Definitely will be doing business in the future.
