Dana is the owner of Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care. He has over 30 years of experience as an ASE Certified Master Technician and has been a New Jersey State Inspector/Certified Emission repair technician for over 25 years. Dana obtained his degree in Automotive Technology from Brookdale College in Lincroft, New Jersey. He is originally from Hazletand has been a staple in our community for over 30 years. Dana is a cancer survivor and enjoys staying fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Dana is a soccer and UFC fan and enjoys spending time with his wife Yannet and 3 kids, Dylan, Raymond and Fiorella. He likes to focus most of his attention outside of work on family, his faith and personal development.

Ray is our Service Manager here at Inman Auto Care. Prior to joining our team Ray worked at a Honda dealership for over 20 years. He possesses a wealth of not only mechanical automotive knowledge but managerial experience in both a dealership and repair shop capacity. Ray is originally from Roselle Park but has now lived in Clark for over 23 years. Outside of work, Ray likes to go to the shooting range, ride his Harley and enjoy family time with his wife Cindy and two kids.

Steve is one of our Service Advisors here at Inman Auto Care. He possesses a wealth of automotive knowledge and brings 28-years of auto-repair and managerial experience in both a dealership and repair shop capacity. Steve attended William Patterson University with a focus on business and administration. He is originally from Paterson but lives in the community for over 20 years. Outside of work, Steve is a Big Mets and Jets fan and enjoys attending Red Bull soccer games with his wife Lisa and his two sons Nicholas and Anthony.

Danny is an ASE Certified Master L1 Technician who rejoined our team in April 2024. Fascinated by electronics from a young age, he transitioned from tinkering with stereos and VCRs to working on bicycles, mopeds, and cars. He studied Automotive Technology at Monmouth County Vocational School. With a career spanning Automotive Technician, Foreman/Manager, and Shop Owner, Danny continually hones his skills through nationwide training.
He credits much of his success to early mentorship from our Founders, Ray and Dana Perone. Danny also teaches automotive courses at Lincoln Technical Institute and has experience as a Technical Editor for Super Chevy Magazine and as a consultant for automotive telematics technology.
Married to his high school sweetheart, Danny has three children in college. He spends Sundays as a USSF Certified Soccer Referee and enjoys Belgian beer, homemade wine, and following the Yankees, Giants, Knicks, and Manchester United.

Kevin is our second Service Advisor here at Inman Auto Care. Kevin attended Union County College with a focus on Criminal Justice. He was born and raised in Union. However, his ethnicity is from Brazil. Very family oriented and is the oldest child in his family. Outside of work, Kevin is a big Red Bulls and Giants fan. Additionally, he enjoys playing recreational soccer and watching sports.

With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Josh brings expert-level precision and a passion for teaching. He's a Certified Master Technician and also serves as an Automotive Instructor at Lincoln Tech, helping shape the next generation of techs. Outside the shop, you'll find him riding his bike or spending quality time with his two kids. From Dunellen, NJ, and proud to serve our community!

Meet Lukas, everybody! Lukas is our newest member of the Inman Auto Care team. He has been working in the automotive field for over 20 years. His family moved to the States from Poland when he was just 7 years old. He is fluent In Polish and currently resides in South Plainfield. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife and 2-year-old daughter. Additionally, he likes to work on race cars and enjoys watching hockey and soccer.

Born and raised in Staten Island, Matt has always had a passion for cars and electronics since a young age. With 7 years of experience in the automotive industry and on the path to become a master-level diagnostic technician. When he's not under the hood, Matt enjoys quality time with friends and family.

Vincent, Technician |

Born and raised in Colonia, Vincent brings nearly 10 years of experience in automotive repair, specializing in GM and Chrysler vehicles. He holds an Associates degree in Applied Science for Automotive Technology from Brookdale Community College. When he's not in the shop, Vincent enjoys taking his cars to local shows and track events and spending quality time with his wife.
